Abs are made in the kitchen. There's much more to getting a six pack than doing 100 sit up each day. It requires following a healthy diet and maintaining an active lifestyle.
The core is your body's centre of power and foundation for a six pack. It contains the muscles that lie deep within the torso and stabilise your body. The stronger and more stable your core, the more strength you have in your whole body. Matt (Vengeance Strength and Conditioning) and I put together this functional ab/core set. To add to the fun, we also made it a race. 3rounds for time.
The stronger and more stable your core, the more strength you have in your whole body.
30 second plank hold
30 Russian twists
10 hanging knees to chest
Farmer carry
Cat crawls
(Repeat 3 rounds)
